FAQ

How do I apply?

The quickest and easiest way is to apply ONLINE directly. It will only take a few minutes. Your details are secure and confidential. The good news is, we can pre-approve your personal loan in just one phone call.

Is the application easy?

Yes! All you need to do is fill out the simple 5 minute application by clicking on the Apply For Your Personal Loan Now link. We ask for your name, contact numbers, email address, how much you want to borrow, the purpose of the loan and what state you live in. Your inquiry will then be allocated to a Financial Consultant who will contact you.

What happens after my application is made?

You will be contacted to supply some supporting documents to finalise your application. After you have supplied this a Financial Consultant will contact you with your preliminary approval*.

How long does the approval process take?

The loan can take as little as 20 minutes and the personal loan is usually transferred to your bank account within 6-24 hours. You will need to provide the relevant supporting documents to ensure there are no delays.

How much can I borrow?

The minimum you can borrow is $300 and maximum is $5,000.

How do I get paid and when?

Once your loan is approved the loan deposit will be electronically transferred to your nominated bank account that day.

Why has my application been declined?

While a few applications do get declined, it is generally based on our assessment of your capacity to repay the loan. The last thing Easy Finance Loans wants to do is put you in a situation where you cannot afford your repayments.

If I am an existing customer do I need to resend my documents for my next loan?

We only require your last 2 months of bank statements to assess your loan. Pending approval your loan will be transferred immediately and available in your account the same day. Existing customers may also be given membership to our Easy Club Card which means that your loan will be transferred to your account within hours.

Who can I contact out of business hours?

Email is generally the best option. You can email us at:sales@easyfinanceloans.com.au Alternatively, you can contact us on: 1300 27 LOAN. If a Financial Consultant is not available you can leave a message so that you do not need to wait on hold. One of our Financial Consultants will call you back quickly.

Will a credit history check be completed?

Yes but we are more concerned with your ability to repay the loan rather than your credit history. Just remember, Easy Finance Loans lends to people who have bad credit records.

Can I have more than one loan?

Yes. That is possible depending on your ability to repay the loans.

How and when do I make repayments?

Your repayments are aligned to your pay frequency, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. We can either direct debit your nominated bank account or via a payroll deduction.
We aim to help you manage your repayments and budget.

Are there early repayment fees?

Unlike other expensive Unsecured Personal Finance Companies and Banks we will not charge you a penalty payment if you pay-off the loan before the agreed loan term.

I can’t make a repayment, what do I do?

While we would prefer to keep your repayments set, we understand things come up from time to time. In this case we would like you to call us and arrange an alternative repayment date. This way we don’t try and direct debit your account when there are insufficient funds. This will save you any bank fees or dishonour payments that may be incurred from your bank.

What are the reasons I am allowed to borrow for?

You can borrow for any purpose. Common purposes include: Purchasing a Car, Whitegoods, Electrical Equipment, Furniture, Holidays, School Fees, Home Renovations, Weddings and Debt Consolidation. See Reasons for Loans

If you have money coming in – that is income! Your income source can be full time, part-time, casual or self-employed – all sources are OK.

Do you accept Centrelink Recipients?

If part of your income is via Centrelink, that is OK, but you will generally need another source of income that is additional to your Centrelink payments as well.
